We hope this message finds you well. As the end of the semester approaches, it's time to schedule your final project defense presentations.
Date: November 6th
Registration Process: The time slots for the final project defense are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. To register your preferred time slot, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Moodle.
- Go to the INF-633 course page.
- Look for the "Defense Slot Selection" section.
- Click on the provided link to access the registration form.
Important Notes:
- Please register for a time slot as soon as possible to secure your preferred time. Slots will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- In case you encounter any technical difficulties or have conflicts preventing you from registering during the given time frame, please contact us.
- It is sufficient for one student to register per group. However, during defense itself, presence of all members are absolutely required.
We encourage everyone to register as early as possible to ensure a smooth scheduling process.
