Le cours étudie les transformations de la démocratie contemporaine (20e et 21e siècles) principalement en France et avec des éléments de comparaison britanniques et américains. Le rôle du fait militaire dans ces transformations sera particulièrement souligné.
The course study the contemporary democracy transformations (20th and 21st centuries), mainly in France and with British and American points of comparison. The role of the military fact in these transformations will be particularly emphasized.
