The objective of this course is to introduce the X to their future decision maker role in a complex world. It aims to help them apply principles of different theory of decision to work life cases. Combining theory and practice, the course covers a wide range of concrete situations to both better decypher and understand how to handle them on an operational level.
This seminar is following the Year 2 course on fundamental of organizations.
Spirit of classes:
- real situations from the professional or military world of the instructors' lived experience,
- a practical dimension with concepts and methods that can be directly used for the tomorrow's decision makers,
- a very participative pedagogy, including through debates on sensitive situations and simulations,
- a theorical, by reading texts and reference books and their discussions in class.
