This seminar offers to provide future decision-makers with the necessary tools they need to understand the issues associated with real economic and financial life, in both the public and private sectors. It aims to highlight the levers of action available in structures of which overall functioning, and sometimes rigidities, must be understood.
This seminar is directed at particularly future managers or senior officials, who will have to manage and decide, under constraints, on the allocation of resources depending on public or corporate policy objectives.
They will be asked an analysis on a theme of their choices, related to the course. The evaluation will also take into account class participation (interventions, attendance).
