L'objectif de ce cours est de fournir une introduction théorique rigoureuse au domaine de l'Apprentissage Statistique. Il portera sur plusieurs sujets dans des cadres supervisés et non supervisés. Les methodes non asymptotiques pour l'extraction d'informations dans des paramètres aléatoires seront analysées à l'aide d'outils issus de probabilité, statistiques et optimisation.
Ce cours est fortement orienté sur la théorie mais quelques cours pratiques sur R ou Pyrton seront lors des PC

This course objective is to provide a rigorous theoretical introduction to the field of Statistical Learning. It will cover several topics in supervised and unsupervised frameworks. Non asymptotic methods for the extraction of information in random settings will be analyzed through tools from probability, statistics and optimization.

This course is heavily theory oriented but a few practical sessions on R or Python will be provided will be given during PC.
