IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
This year (2024 fall), this course (PHY570) is merged with PHY582 - Advanced Materials Design (PHY_52182_EP) which starts in January 2025. Students who are interested in Materials Science and pre-registered to PHY570 are strongly encouraged to take PHY582 course instead. PHY582 includes the core content of previous PHY570 and even further aspects on state-of-the-art materials research and R&D. Please refer to the page below:
