French courses offer students learning activities to acquire the written and oral comprehension and expression skills corresponding to the different levels of the Common European Framework of Reference.
These are French language courses in which the grammar of the language is studied rigorously and in depth. The main aim of these courses is to develop your language skills.
Sessions are organized around themes reflecting specific aspects of France and the French people (current affairs, diversity, how society works, culture) chosen according to the students' level.
The course also aims to build cultural competence (recognition of cultural codes and modes of communication).
Assessment methods
Continuous assessment will take the form of short table-top tests (oral and written comprehension exercises, grammar and vocabulary exercises) and a final exam.
Attendance is compulsory. Any unjustified absence will be reflected in the final grade. Participation will be taken into account at each session.
