Michel MANGENOT - François-Gilles Le THEULE

This course has two aims: present the European Union as it is, as it works to the concrete and exceed the traditional opositions between State and Europe or national sovereignty and supranationality. It includes to two questions: how do we work within the EU but also how do we work with the EU?

After a theorical introduction (how to think Europe) and a historical framework (where does EU come from?), the course analysis operationally the procedures, steps and actors of the European decisions processes. It

 

The three-hour written final exam (50%) consists on a case study with professional . In PC, the continuous assessment (50%) consists on an oral presentation per student.
