The course offers to study the evolution of economic and financial architecture in history, the transformation of capitalism in the 1980s, the modification induced in economic policies, and the main questionning in development economics.
It also analyzes the 2008 financial crisis and its consequences for the sovereign debt of Western economies. This period raises numerous issues in terms of financial regulation.
