Pratiquement chaque fois que nous interagissons avec un programme informatique - sur notre ordinateur, sur notre tablette, sur nos smartphones... sur nos SmartTV, ou nos réfrigérateurs... ou, pour une raison quelconque, sur notre grille-pain four également connecté - nous interagissons en réalité avec une application distribuée.
L'appareil que nous tenons dans nos mains pour envoyer un courrier électronique (ou dans lequel nous glissons nos tranches de pain grillé ... ) communiquera, au minimum, avec un serveur, quelque part dans le "cloud", le plus souvent, communiquera avec toute une série de serveurs et d'ordinateurs ... et ce, à travers ce que l'on appelle "l'internet".
Le corollaire est que toute application moderne pertinente est une application distribuée, qui utilise l'Internet et le cloud- et, en bref, l'objectif de ce MODAL est de vous apprendre à développer ces applications de manière compétente.
Practically every time we interact with a computer program — on our computer, tablet, smartphones, SmartTVs or our refrigerators … or, for some reason on our also connected toaster oven — we’re in reality interacting with a distributed application.
The device we hold in our hands for sending an email (or, into which we slide our sliced toast … ) will, at the very least, communicate with a server, somewhere out there in “the cloud” — and, most often, comunicate with a whole host of servers, and computers … and does so through what we call “The Internet”.
A corollary to this is that every relevant modern application is a distributed aplication, which uses the Internet and the cloud — and, in a nutshell, the purpose of this MODAL is to teach you how to competently develop those.
