A society of information and a society of disinformation

Business intelligence aims to understand - and influence - our economic, social or geopolitical environment. It includes the verbs destabilize, spy, disinform, put under the influence... but also watch and anticipate. It aims to protect and enhance tangible or intangible assets: patents, brand image, and financial credibility, right through to grasping the human factor (fragility of individuals, cohesion of a management team).

 

Evaluation :

Grading is based on an individual or paired report (minimum 5 pages per person), returned at the end of the seminar, based on a selection of topics proposed by the teachers. The quality and coherence of the analysis, as well as its personalization by the student, are central evaluation elements. Active participation in the seminar is also taken into account when balancing the written mark (speaking, questions, exchanges). Absences are taken into account as agreed with the HSS department's grading system.
