'Corporate Communication' (B2:C1)
The capacity to communicate with others in a clear and concise manner is the single most important talent you can acquire. The degree to which you are able to educate, sway, and win over the opinions of others is a major factor in determining the level of success you have in your professional life as well as the quality of your personal connections. This class will concentrate on the study and practice of the methods that can be used to achieve clarity, brevity, and effectiveness in the communication that is used in business and institutional settings. We will talk about the strategy, preparation, and execution of communication for both internal industry audiences and external business environment audiences. Small group development, cross-cultural communication, communication during times of change, communication techniques, as well as risk and crisis communication will be among the topics covered.
